Jan Greenwood - BSC, RD
Jan has practiced as a clinical dietitian specializing in Gastroenterology since 1986. In addition to her clinic work at the LAIR Centre, Jan maintains a practice within the hospital setting as a nutrition support specialist. Jan has authored a number of publications including a book entitled “The IBD Nutrition Book” (published by John Wiley and Sons, Inc, New York, New York). Over the past 18 years Jan has been a regular contributor at local, national, and international conferences. At the LAIR Centre Jan provides nutrition counseling to individuals with a variety of gastrointestinal tract disorders (inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, gastroesophageal reflux, etc); individuals with liver disease; and individuals requiring home enteral nutrition support.
